As the average life span of human beings increases rapidly due to the development of biotechnology, not only the elderly but also the modern people are also worried about the progress of aging. Therefore, there is a tendency to actively study the prevention and management of skin aging. In this experiment, the gelatin/alginate acid mixed microsphere containing β-glucan (GLN), a natural extract, was prepared and analyzed through SEM. Component analysis was performed using FT-IR. In addition, HPLC was used to confirm the release of the drug in the mixed microsphere. Finally, the cytotoxicity test was conducted using NIH-3T3 cells to confirm the effect of the mixed microsphere on the cell. |
