제목 Hysteresis-freeCarbon Nanotube Network Transistors Embedded in Conjugated Block Copolymers
초록 Random networks of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) field-effect transistors have been of great attraction for exploiting their novel electronic properties for instance as a semiconducting channel layer in a thin film transistor (TFT) favorable for large area organic electronics. The transistors commonly comprise nanotubes lying on SiO2 surfaces exposed to the ambient environment and exhibit hysteresis in their electrical characteristics, because charge trapping by water molecules around the nanotubes, including SiO2 surface-bound water proximal to the nanotubes. We have investigated the individually networked SWNTs embedded in the conjugated block copolymer on a SiO2 surface by spin coating. The networked films of SWNTs embedded in polymer matrix are constructed with the level of ambient air exposure well controlled of thermal annealing temperature, a very reliable hysteresis-free FET with a high On/Off ratio of approximately 103.
