Synthesis and Characterization of Phosphorylcholine-bonded β-Chitosan |
| 초록 |
In order to synthesis of skin beauty culture materials. 2-methacryloxyethyl phosphocholine was synthesis using PCl3, EG(etyleneglycol), 2-hydroxymethyl methacrylate and TEA, and then used in the preparation of β-chitosan-bonded 2-methacryloxyethyl phosphocholine by addition of 2-methacryloxyethyl phosphocholine to β-chitosan amino functional group. The structure of 2-methacryloxyethyl phosphocholine and two coupled compound as target compounds were characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR. |
