| 제목 | Preparation of Caffeoyl Proline Hydroxamic acid Metal Complex and Its Biological Activity |
| 초록 | Developing anti-aging and depigmentating agents have been important subjects of cosmeticindustry. In our previous study, we found that caffeoylprolinehydroxamic acid showed a strong antioxidant activity and tyrosinase inhibitory activity. However, this compound is too hydrophilic to exert its biological activity in the cell, thus we prepared its metal complex to enhance its cell permeability by increasing lipophilicity. We will discuss about their biological activities in the cell. |
