Preparation of monodisperse particles using SPG membrane |

Poly (acrylonitrile-co-methyl methacrylate) copolymer microspheres were obtained by suspension polymerization method after carrying on SPG membrane emulsification process. SPG membrane emulsification process was enable particles to be stabilized and have uniform size distribution. Besides, It easily controlled the size of particles according to pore size of SPG membrane. Poly (acrylonitrile-co-methyl methacrylate) copolymer microspheres were obtained by suspension polymerization method after carrying on SPG membrane emulsification procees. Particle size and particle size distribution were determined on a LS230 light scattering apparatus in a diluted dispersion of the particles in diluted water. Particle morphologies were studied using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Monomer conversions were determined on gas chromatography (GC). |
