제목 Suspension Polymerization of Thermally Expandable Microcapsules with Core-Shell Structure using the SPG Emulsification Technique-Influence of Crosslinker and Monomer
초록 In this study, systematical experimental investigations were conducted on the SPG membrane emulsification procedures for the arrangement of various thermally expandable microcapsules. The objective of this study was to inspect the interrelationship between the crosslinkers and monomers of the polymer shell and the expansion properties of thermally expandable microcapsules. The influence of crosslinker and monomer type and concentration on microcapsules were examined systemically. Also, The influence of critical pressure of SPG membrane on microcapsules were investigated. Because the morphology of microcapsules is crucial for the function of the thermally expandable microcapsules, it is important to decide the limitations of the system as to the microcapsule morphology and encompassment of hydrocarbon.
