제목 Flexible OPV Module Development for Roll-to-Roll Process
초록 Organic Photovoltaics (OPV) are attracting a great deal of attention because of their potential as a low-cost, light-weight and flexible energy conversion device, converting the solar light directly to electricity. Many different methods have been applied to improve the performance of OPV. On the basis of the efforts, the efficiency of OPV has recently risen to above 10% for polymer heterojunction cells. We have developed roll to roll continuous coating and printing methods for flexible OPV module fabrication. The flexible OPV module was made by using roll to roll slot-die coating and rotary screen printing process on the plastic substrate. The power conversion efficiency of our flexible module was above 5%. Also, we have built up a pilot line for flexible OPV module manufacturing and developed the prototype with flexible OPV module.
