제목 New Fluorinaed Alkoxyphenylthiophene Based Benzodithiophene Based 2D-Conjugated Polymers for Organic/Perovskite Solar Cells
초록 To understand the substantial effect of fluorine substituted π-conjugated polymers in organic and perovskite solar cells here we synthesized a new series of fluorine substituted BDT based 2D conjugated polymers (P1-P3) in facile manner with varied fluorine content in the conjugated polymer. The new polymers (P1-P3) showed significant changes in optoelectronic, thermal and photovoltaic properties with respect to the fluorine content. In particular the fluorinated polymers shows red shifted absorption profiles; deep HOMO energy levels compared to non fluorinated polymers. Bulk heterojunction organic solar cells (BHJ OSCs) and perovskite solar cells have been fabricated with new polymers as donor and hole transporting materials respectively. Especially the P2 (2F) based BHJ OSCs delivered a high power conversion efficiency of 7.1% in conventional architecture, where as in dopant free perovskite solar cells delivered maximum of 6% with P2 as hole transporting material.
