제목 Halide Perovskite Nanopillar Photodetector Fabricated by Pressure-Induced Crystallization
초록 There has been numerous efforts to apply halide perovskite into high-functional light harvesting devices. Thanks to the previous studies reported so far, the performance of halide perovskite-based devices have improved dramatically in recent years. However, no noticeable breakthrough was reported for these materials thesedays. As a breakthrough, pressure-induced crystallization which can not only tailor nanostructure of halide perovskite but also improve the intrinsic properties of it is introduced. Halide perovskite nanopillar structure was fabricated by utilizing pressure-induced crystallizatio and high performance halide perovskite based photodetector is sucessfully developed. Furthermore, the photophysical and electrical properties which can clearly exhibit the enhancement of photoelectric property of halide perovskite films are profoundly investigated.
