제목 pH-dependent release from monoolein cubic phase containing hydrophobically modified alginic acid
초록 Monoolein (MO) cubic phase incorporating Hydrophobically modified alginic acid(Hm-alginic acid)was prepared to obtain a pH-dependent release. MO in water forms a lamellar structure, an inverted hexagonal phase, or a bicontinuous inverted cubic phase. Since cubic phases are biocompatible and biodegradable, cubic phases were widely available drug delivery systems. Cubic phase has lipid matrix and water channel. Cubic phases containing Hm-aginic acid were prepared by hydrating MO using the solution. It is included in the cubic phase so that the content was 20mg/ml. As a result, diffusion through the water channel would be varied in a pH-dependent manner.
