제목 Synthesis and characterization of a low band gap organic semiconducting polymer for organic photovoltaic cells
초록 A organic semiconducting polymer for organic photovoltaic cells was synthesized and characterized. Low band gap materials have been synthezied throuph Pd(0) catalyzed Suzuki coupling polymerization. The synthesized polymers were readily soluble in common organic solvents such as chloroform, chlorobenzene, toluene, etc and formed uniform thin films after spin coating. The maximum UV-absorption of the polymer films ranged at 300~800nm and the HOMO were also determined by cyclic voltammetry. Photovoltaic devices were fabricated using the polymers as the p-type donor and PC71BM as the an electron acceptors.
