제목 Fabrication of lithium ion battery anode using hybrid organometal halide perovskite
초록 Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites have received considerable attention due to their simplicity of synthesis, suitability of liquid processing and easy chemical tuning. They have been also applied to many electronic devices such as field effect transistors and solar cells.
In this study, we fabricated lithium ion batteries using methylammonium lead bromide which is one of those perovskite. Particularly, we focused on the effect of electrophoretic deposition which has advantages of homogeneous deposition thickness and simple deposition process.
Moreover, in order to improve its poor stability in the presence of humid air, we mixed MXene which is conductive 2D material with MAPbBr3 and compared the deposited mass of active material, and also specific capacities and the reversiblity of lithium-ion coin cells using those.
