제목 Analysis of Polygalaxanthone Ⅲ from Polygalae Radix by HPLC-DAD
초록 Polygalae Radix is widely known as traditional oriental medicinal herbs (OMHS) with various pharmacological activities. The Polygalae Radix was efficiently identified with 100% water, 100% EtOH and 50% Aqueous EtOH, and then successively partitioned with dichloromethane (DCM), ethyl acetate (EA), normal butyl alcohol (n-BuOH) and water (H2O) to investigate the Polygalaxanthone Ⅲ compound. The samples of Polygalae Radix were analyzed by commercial C18 reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography using the combination of water (TFA) and acetonitrile as the mobile phase in the gradient elution mode. The total extraction amount of 100% water (1080 mg) were higher than those of the other extraction solvents 100% EtOH (661 mg) and 50% aqueous EtOH (960 mg). Also, the liquid/liquid partition extraction amount of n-BuOH (123.70~338.35 mg) were higher than those of the other partition solvents DCM (6.15~279.50 mg) and EA (24.05~69.95 mg).
