제목 Super-hydrophobocity Coatings via Solvent-free Powder Spary Coating Technology for Building Exterior Modules
초록 smart exterior modules which can realize kinetic architecture has received a paramount attention. To develop exterior modules, the reliable surface top coating layer, with transparency, anti-smudge, and easy-to-clean properties, should be firstly considered more than anything else, in order to achieve continuous keeping performance of various opto-sensitive devices. However, conventional solvent-based coating technologies are required to time-consuming and complex procedures. Since above process is very non-environmental method, it has numerous disadvantages for application to next generation of exterior building materials. Therefore, in this study, we selected solvent-free aerosol deposition process, as an alternative, with eco-friendly, simplicity, room temperature process, and significantly low cost-procedures. After that, we applied these composite films to external building materials, and evaluated the pollution control and serviceability.
