Capillary Electrophoresis-Single Strand Conformation Polymorphism for monitering bacteria population |

The single-strand conformation polymorphism(SSCP) is a DNA or RNA separation method based on changes in the secondary structure caused by a change in sequence. This study was performed to developed the identification technique of different bacteria in microbial community using capillary electrophoresis single-strand conformation polymorphism of four different specific genes were specified region genes, 16S rRNA gene, 23S rRNA gene, GyrB gene, and EF-Tu gene. The specific PCR primers were designed. For SSCP analysis, the PCR products were denatured , injected and separated by Capillary electrophoresis. Data showed that the peak in the data was correlated with the number of bacteria. |
