| 제목 | Electrochemical performance behaviors of TiO2/graphene composites |
| 초록 | In this work We have prepared TiO2/graphene composites as a electric material. The graphene oxide was synthesized by modihied Hummers' method. we present a facile route for the preparation of TiO2/graphene composites by in situ growth of TiO2 into interlayers of graphene oxide under solvothermal condition. The prepared samples have been characterized by XRD, SEM, BET, surface resistance, electrical conductivity, cyclic voltammetry and charge-discharge test. |
