Preparation and characterization of three-dimensional porous structured gelatin/chitosan scaffold with CaP for tissue engineering |
초록 |
For the replacement and regeneration of damaged tissue, there is a need for biomimetic environment that can suitably perform its original functions such as cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, differentiation. Currently, various artificial scaffolds with components and structures similar to extracellular matrix, have been under investigation. Chitosan is regarded as a material for tissue substitute. We prepared highly porous chistosan composite scaffold for the bone substitute. This scaffold was hybridized with inorganic chemicals for the enhancement of bone regeneration. |
