제목 Fabrications of Semiconductor-Sensitized Solar Cells (SSSCs)based on CdS/CdSe quantum dots
초록 We have studied Semiconductor-Sensitized Solar Cells (SSSCs) using CdS and CdSe Quantum Dots(QDs) onto mesoporous titanium oxide (TiO2). The CdS and CdSe QDs used as a light absorbing material are prepared over mesoporous TiO2 by Successive Ionic Layer Adsorption and Reaction (SILAR) process. Cd(NO3)2 is used as Cd source, Na2SeSO3 aqueous solution and Na2S are used as Se and S source each. The growth of the QDs was monitored by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy and the increase of absorption increasing the SILAR cycle numbers was verified. Also using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the change of surface morphology is observed.
