제목 Data envelopment analysis with Scale Efficiency for measuring the relative efficiency value in the sector of energy efficiency technologies econometrically
초록 Korean government established the National Energy and Resources 10-year Plan, which was based on the technological trees instead of energy R&D projects, for focusing on strategic energy technology development. In this paper, which is the extended research of establishing the National Energy and resources 10-year Plan, We reorganize and measure the relative efficiency value in the sector of energy efficiency technologies by DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) SE (Scale Efficiency) approach from an econometrical viewpoint. In the first stage, we used the relative weights of the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) results. In the second stage, we calculate and assess the relative efficiency value of energy efficiency technologies considering DEA SE econometrically.
