| 제목 | Aspen Custom Modeler™를 이용한 스타이렌 모노머 반응기 모사 |
| 초록 | A styrene monomer is an important industrial material which is produced by the catalytic dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene reaction. In particular the radial-flow reactor is used in many styrene monomer production companies. Even though the mathematical model for the reactor has already been developed, the entire process simulation including the reactor section is not performed because the radial-flow reactor is not modeled in the commercial simulation program. In this study, the modeling and the simulation for the radial-flow styrene monomer reactor have been carried out using Aspen Custom Modeler™. Because Aspen Custom Modeler's module can be applied to Aspen Plus™, the whole process simulation may be performed easily and correctly. |
