제목 Surface-decoration of hydrolyzed PCL nanofibrils with photo-crosslinakble gelatin for 3D cell skin model
초록 We prepared gelatin hydrogel coated on the surfaces of the PCL nanofibrils for 3D cell cultivation. Methacrylate functionalized gelatin (gelMA) that gelMA was adsorbed on the surfaces of hPCL by a dipping method. The gelMA incorporated nanofibrils was photo crosslinked by photo-initiator and UV light. gelMA was more efficient coated on hPCL than gelatin and the water swelling ratio of gelMA@hPCL was much higher than gelatin@hPCL and hPCL. gelMA@hPCL also showed superior biocompatibility to conventional nanofibrils. Human dermal fibroblast cells were cultured with gelMA@hPCL, gelatin@hPCL and hPCL for 14 days. Cells cultivated with gelMA@hPCL showed higher proliferation, and formed better cell/nanofibrils complex compared with other nanofibrils. Thus, gelMA@hPCL hybrid matrix are expected materials with distinct characteristics of both hydrogels and nanofibrils for 3D cell cultivation.
