In this study, the removal of nitrogen oxide on metal-loaded activated carbons materials (Me-ACs) was investigated. The pore structures and total pore volumes of the Me-ACs were characterized by N2/77K adsorption isotherms. The microstructure and surface morphology of the Me-ACs were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. From the results, the nitrogen oxide removals of the Me-ACs were mainly increased. This was probably due to the nitrogen oxide removal of ACs attributed to the presence of metal nanoparticles in this system. |
