Thermal and electrical properties of PPO/SMA/CNT nanocomposites. |
초록 |
Modified-PPO(Modified Polyphenylene Oxide) has been mainly used as electronic materials due to outstanding mechanical and thermal properties. Especially, Modified-PPO can be applied to many areas such as the shipping tray in semiconductor fields. Currently, carbon powders are added to Modified-PPO to improve electrical properties of the semiconductor products. However, large amount of carbon powders are required in the production stage of these products. For this reason, problems concerning particulates occur. This can cause the malfunction of semiconductor products. Therefore we are trying to not only solve particulate problem but also improve thermal properties of HIPS. In this study, we substituted SMA with MWNT’s for HIPS and examined properties of nanocomposites by using Multimeter, DSC and UTM. |
