Synthesis and Characterization of Donor-Acceptor type Bulk-Heterojunction Solar Cells Based on Dialkoxyaromatic donor |
초록 |
A novel electron donor polymers with high yield, were synthesized high molecular weight. The polymers were characterized by 1H-NMR and FT-IR and mass spectrometry. The photophysical properties for the polymers were investigated by UV Spectrum. The polymers were well soluble in organic solvents, such as chloroform and chlorobenzene. The polymers showed broad absorption at long wavelength. The optical band gap for the polymers in film UV edges. The electrochemical properties for the polymers were investigated by CV. The polymers showed HOMO energy level under -5.3 eV. The thermal properties for the polymers were investigated by DSC and TGA. The device performance based on the polymer will be discussed further. |
