제목 The effect of PEEK thermal conductivity of hybrid filler
초록 We have investigated the thermal conductivity based PEEK on adding quantity up to 40% by using carbon fiber(CF), silicon carbide(SiC) and carbonnanotube(CNT). For getting the result, we calculated the heat capacity and thermal diffusivity and measured SEM confirming the dispersion of the sample. Finally, in the result we could know that carbon fiber(CF) and silicon carbide(SiC) of hybrid form got high effect according to the change of content. In case of the adding rate is 3:1(CF:SiC), the thermal conductivity is 3.23 W/mK. It is about 0.1 W/mK higher than the rate of 1:1 and about 1 W/mK higher than 7:1. We also knew that in case of carbonnanotube(CNT), the effecr increases about 0.5 W/mK compared with using pure carbon fiber(CF, 1.5 W/mK).
