제목 Study on pink water concentration gradient by continuos drum ice crystallizer
초록 Pink water is composed of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT), hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine (RDX), and octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine (HMX).
Because of the toxicity and carcinogenicity of TNT and RDX, these explosives need to be removed before pink water is discharged to the environment.
Crystal is made to continuos drum ice crystallizer, and according to change of temperature and step crystal concentration gradient is confirmed by Wash Column.
Concentration gradient difference is 135ppm at 30°C, 72ppm at 20°C, 54ppm at 40°C, and 1ppm at 50°C. 30°C is more efficiency than 20°C because initially crystal concentration difference is high. However, in case of 40°C hasn’t good efficiency because initially crystal that is melted by temperature control device cause concentration to decrease. Likewise, 50°C hasn’t good efficiency because high temperature cause crystal to rapidly melt, so concentration is decreased.
As a result, 30°C is more efficiency than the others.
