The effect of NBR shrinkage as content of Toluene |

The genetic effects of NBR by using sensor have been actively studied.In this process, there is an advantage which NBR put in the solvent toluene to make a mixture of genetic elastic forming, so NBR molding in the liquid state can be better.But during the molding process, it can be many variations due to the shrinkage and warping after solidification.Ultimately, the shape of the desired size cannot be obtained. In a previous study, it was able to be confirmed that the actual size of NBR which has a high content of Toluene is approximately 20% reduction than the expected size after the molding process.In this study, based on the experimental results by adjusting the content of Toluene, the strain rate can be reduced after process.With adjusting this result to the process, which making sensor by reforming high molecular compound, The external precision of sensor and the uniformity of shape can be improved. |
