제목 Nanofabrication of Nanoporous materials with Nanoglue
초록 In the future to come, we imagine new technologies based on nanoscaled machines and devices. One of the keys to the realization of this nanotech-world is the fabrication of novel materials under the nanometer scale materials. Many approaches to meet novel or smart materials design at the molecular and supramolecular levels have attracted much attention with nanotechnology, miniaturizing electronic and mechanical materials The latest advances in nanotechnology have generated novel materials and devices with new chemical/physical characteristics or functionalities for a wide various applications. Especially, nanofabrication of nanoporous materials as an exciting frontier will also lead to miniaturized systems as micro-reactors, fuel cells, sensors, and batteries. Zeolite as a kind of nanoporous materials is one of the promising candidates for nanoscopically-arrayed materials. There have been a number of strategies available for fabrication of nanostructured zeolite materials such as fiber and thin film. Self-assembled zeolite nanostructures can be also obtained by modification of the zeolite surface with organic or inorganic linker and by subsequent treatments. Herein, we report a novel technique for nanoscopically fabrication of nanostructured materials such as nanofibrous metallosilicalite-1, the multi-shape crystal, and oriented monolayer zeolite films on the substrate. Nanoporous materials as the nano-building units could be self-assembled by the cooperation of transition metals as nanoglues under microwave irradiation.
