제목 | Research about layerd structure of graphene for cathode material of secondary bettery |
초록 | Cathode material's candidate group, there are carbon material such as graphite, metal material, nitride LixMyN2 etc. Specially, carbon cathode material is easy insertion of lithium ion and can be made in stable state. Therefore, It can solve stability problem of causable electric cell from lithium metal electrode. Carbon material has structure of various form. Because storage capacity of lithium and storage equipment depending on these structure appear to differ, we need development of most suitable carbon material to cathode material of lithium secondary battery. In this study, To develop cathode material of high capacity and high stability, we manufactured graphene-metal nanoparticle hybrid cathode material of layered structure by self-assembly. Morphology of cathode material was observed using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). And crystalline phase was analysis using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Raman. |
