제목 Tunning a Solubility and Morpology of Low-bandgap Polymers by Using Side Chain
초록 Polymer solar cells(PSCs) have attracted significant research interest for tomorrow’s photovoltaics. Introducing electron withdrawing group, 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole(BTD) unit, reduces the HOMO level of copolymer. In addition, the unit has high absorbing ability in visible and near-infrared regions. Polymers bearing side chain led to increase solubility itself. As a result, it gives a high molecular weights and tuned copolymer/PCBM blend morphology in BHJ solar cells. In this study, we report the syntheses of 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole-based polymer series and the photovoltaic properties of the polymers.
