제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Anthracene-based Polymer for OPVs
초록 Organic Photovoltaic Cells have attracted considerable attention due to their low cost, light-weight and flexible characteristics. Many kinds of solar cells have been developed, but there are not many cases with anthracene. Anthracene have a many kinds of resonance structures, so it is easy to adjust the bandgap. Anthracene is endowed with rigidly fused coplanar struture and electron-rich properties, making it a potential donor unit for the construction of conjugated polymers having stronger intermolecular π-π interactions, which will facilitate the charge carrier transport. In this study, we synthesized two polymers which are consist of anthracene as donor and benzothiadiazole, benzooxadiazole as acceptor using suzuki coupling reaction. The synthesized polymers are showed physical, optical, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties.
