제목 The dispersity of metal powder in the polysiloxane/metal oxide complex
초록 To investigate the effect of metal oxide that can influence the dispersity of metal powder in the polysiloxane/metal composite material, the block-co-polymer type thermosetting polysiloxane was synthesized. The metal oxide was coordinated to synthesized polysiloxane to improve the dispersity for metal particle. The metal powder in the polysiloxane/metal composite materials is better dispersed with metal oxide complex polysiloxane than not containing metal oxide. To understand the effect of quantities of metal oxide on the polysiloxane chain, the various polysiloxane that have a different ratio of block unit was synthesized. The synthesis of various polysiloxane is confirmed using 1H-NMR. As a result, as more increase the metal oxide on the polymer chain, the dispersity of metal filler was increased.
