제목 | Enhanced Performance of Organic Solar Cells based on Fullerene and Non-fullerene Acceptor by introducing Co-additives in the Active Layer |
초록 | Organic solar cells(OSCs) have attracted a great attention because of fabrication of low cost device. But, the low power conversion efficiency and stability of OSCs are important issues for commercialization. In recent years, the performance of OSCs has been improved due to developing new materials. In general, most of OSCs is usually use the fullerene and non-fullerene acceptor in the active layer. However, the stability of OSCs could decrease by degradation. Solvent additives have selective solubility of acceptor which is important to control the morphology. Furthermore introducing co-additives could control the vertical phase separation that improves the charge transport and stability. In this study, OSCs were fabricated with co-additives based on fullerene and non-fullerene acceptor in active layer. The co-additives in the active layer increased charge transport and stability. As a result, performances of OSCs were enhanced by co-additives to control the vertical phase separation. |
