제목 Preparation and characterization of PLGA/collagen nanofibers by electrospinning
초록 Electrospinning has gained increasing appeal as a viable process that creates sub-micron to nano-scale fibers through an electrically charged jet of polymer solution/melt. In the present study, we successfully prepared PLGA/collagen nanofibers by electrospinning technique. The morphology, diameter, and structure of electrospun nanofibers were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). SEM images showed that the morphology and diameter of the nanofibers were mainly affected by concentration of the polymer solution, the ratio of PLGA/collagen, applied electric field strength, respectively.
