제목 (PDMS)/Polytetramethyleneadipate glycol (PTAd)-based Waterborne Polyurethane Adhesives
초록 The waterborne polyurethane (WBPU) adhesives were prepared by pre-polymer process using siloxane polyol, namely polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and polyester polyol, namely poly(tetramethylene adipate glycol) (PTAd) as soft segments. Different chain length (Mn= 550, 6000, 110000) of PDMS with fixed chain length of PTAd (Mn=2000) was used during preparation of WBPU adhesives. By contrast the peel adhesive strength peeked at 8.25wt% and 5.5 wt% with PDMS/PTAd ratio after molecular weight of PDMS was 550 and 6000, respectively, while it only decreased when the molecular weight of PDMS stood at 110000.
