제목 | Precipitation of metal oxide particles at supercritical conditions |
초록 | Metal oxide particles were precipitated by RPSS process utilizing supercritical water. The characteristics of paticles, particle size and crystalinity, are changed along the chage of pressure and temperature. In particular, the increase of temperature caused the crystalinity of particles to change.
