Highly electrical conductive polyaniline (PANI) coated silica (P@S 1) nanoparticle (NP) has been produced with diverse sizes in aqueous/organic solution at –30 o C. Owing to coated PANI’s high para-coupled structures, the P@S 1 NPs demonstrated enhanced electrical conductivity in comparison with conventionally prepared PANI/silica NPs (fabricated in aqueous solution at 25 o C; P@S 2). Furthermore, the P@S 1 NPs exhibited improved capacitance compared with the P@S 2 and pure PANI, which is originated from the enhanced high electrical conductivity and high surface area of the P@S 1 NPs. |
