electrical induced phase separation between P3HT and PCBM |
초록 |
Conjugated polymer-based organic solar cells continue to be of great interest as potential power souces. especially P3HT/PCBM based bulk heterojunction system has been one of the most studied system, but in this system, some of the excitons (electronhole pairs) generated when light is absorbed are not able to diffuse to an interface to be dissociated by electron transfer before they decay. we call it dead region that are limiting factors to enhance the efficiency. so many researchers try to make ideal structure of active layers. In this study, we induce the phase separation of active layer using external electrical fields. through this we can expect to reduce a dead region and to enhance the efficiency of solar cells. |
