제목 | Preparation of microparticle as drug carrier by self-emulsifying |
초록 | The principal purpose of this study was the possibility to novel prepare microparticle as novel drug delivery system of microparticle. The size of prepared particle was in the range of 0.5~200㎛. Biodegradable poly(L-lactide-co- glycolide) (50:50 by mole ratio of lactide to glycolide, PLGA) particle was prepared by precipitation polymerization to study the possibility for release control and the characterization by SEM. This study was carried out by solvent evaporation and solvent extraction methods. The influences of several preparation parameters, such as surfactant types, molecular weights and concentrations of PLGA, etc., were observed in the particle size and morphology.
