제목 Fabrication of Microscale Polymer Pattens using electrohydrodynamic flow
초록 We present a new route for fabricating Two-dimensional(2D) periodic patterns film on non-patterned substrate using electrohydrodynamic flow in polymer solution. The electrohydrodynamic flow in a solution was controlled by corona discharge which was generated from tungsten needle under sufficiently high DC voltage. We designed a new coater using corona discharge and we called this apparatus corona discharge coater. Polystyrene(PS, Mw 48,000g/mol) and poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA, Mw 48,400g/mol) were employed as nonvolatile solute. We successfully fabricated microscale 2D line patterns on gold or silicon substrate using corona discharge and we known that the size of 2D pattern was under the control of intensity of corona dishcarge and concentration.
