Preparation and Characterization of Carbon nanotubes/Graphene Oxide Composites for CO2 Capture |

In this work, we have investigated carbon nanotubes/graphene oxide composites (CNT/GO) with highly aligned structures for carbon dioxide capture. The features and morphologies of engineered 3D-GO and CNT/GO were observed SEM and TEM measurements. The microcrystalline characteristics were studied XRD. The textural properties were analyzed by N2/77 K and CO2/273 K adsorption/desorption isotherms. The CO2 capture behaviors were investigated by volumetric method at 298 K and 1 bar. From the results, it was found that the hybrid structures by incorporating two deferent materials might be affected in enhancing the CO2 capture behaviors. |
