제목 Graphene, and Polymer Nanocomposites for Thermal Conductivity and Electromagnetic Interference Shielding Applications
초록 Highly thermally conductive materials with great electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding efficiency have been attracted much attention for a wide range of applications in the modern high-power electronics, portable devices, and self-driving cars. The highly integrated and high-speed wireless communication devices suffer from significant heat generation and undesirable electromagnetic interference effect. The heat emission and EMI not only deteriorates the performance of the devices but also makes serious concern on harmful health problem to human. In this presentation, I would like to briefly demonstrate that graphene, and graphene-based polymer composites can be considered as one of the dual function materials with high thermal conductivity and EMI shielding effectiveness.
