Weathering effect influenced to the compositional change of spilled oilhas been evaluated. The changes of relative abundance in dependent on alkylated number to parent PAHs, isomer selectivity and types of sediment, from surface to subside, has been investigated. The more effective biodegradation was proceeded in soil environment with mainly composed of clay and silt expecting contained nutrient for soil bacteria than marine environment. The microbial biodegradation indicators including selective depletion of naphthalenes and dibenzothiophenes evidently showed effective and selective occurrence of biodegradation. |
