제목 Synthesis and Characterization of High-open circuit voltage Bulk-Heterojunction Solar Cells Based on Dialkoxynaphthalene
초록 A novel electron donor polymers with high yield, were synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction. The polymers were characterized by elemental analysis and 1H-NMR. The photophysical properties for the polymers were investigated by UV Spectrum. The polymers were well soluble in organic solvents, such as chloroform and chlorobenzene. The polymers showed broad absorption peaks at 532~542 nm in solution and at 558~603 nm in film, respectively. The optical band gap for the polymers in film were calculated to 1.69~1. 77 from UV edges (702~733 nm). The electrochemical properties for the polymers were investigated by CV. The polymers showed HOMO energy level were -5.38 ~ 5.42 e V. The thermal properties for the polymers were investigated by DSC and TGA. The polymers showed Tg at 60 ~ 65 and 5 % weight loss at 343 ~ 345. The device performance based on the polymer will be discussed further.
