제목 Preparation and Characterization of Deposited with Ag Nanoparticles on the Surface of Silica Nanoparticle
초록 Ag-SiO2 nanoparticles were prepared to achieve hybrid structure. SiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized according to sol-gel process by controling the ratio of catalyst. These SiO2 nanoaprticles were dried at 100 ℃. We measured the size of these nanoparticles with transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Second, silica nanoparticles deposited with silver (AgSiO2) were synthesized by reaction of silica nanoparticles with silver nitrate at room temperature. AgSiO2 nanoparticles were investigated with TEM images, and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) spectrum. The optical property of Cu-SiO2 nanoparticles was measured with UV-vis.
