제목 Synthesis and photovoltaic property of polymer semiconductor with akylidene fluorine derivative as an electron donating material
초록 OPVs(Organic photovoltaics) have especially attracted significant research interest due to the worldwide technical trend towards sustainable development as well as economic feasibility. The most important parameter in OPVs is Jsc, Voc and FF. Among the various conjugated polymers, poly alkylidenefluorene derivative have deep HOMO levels that increase the open-circuit voltage (Voc) of the OPVs. In this study, we were designed and synthesized copolymers based on alkylidenefluorene. And we investigated thermal, electrochemical, topologic, optical properties and photovoltaic performance by fabricating the PSCs devices.
