제목 Preparation of Electrospun Poly Urethane(PU)/Poly Vinyl Chloride(PVC) Nonwoven Mats Reinforced with Poly Ethylene Oxide(PEO) Resin
초록 Electrospinning has been recognized as an efficient technique for the polymer nonwoven mats. However, applications of these nonwoven mats are limited because of their poor mechanical properties. Thus, we have tried to improve the mechanical properties via reinforcement. At first, PU/PVC nonwoven mats were prepared via electrospinning. Also, various concentration of PEO resin dissolved in a distilled water were prepared. Then, the reinforced nonwoven mats based on electrospun PU/PVC matrixes were prepared by deeping in the PEO resin as effect of concentration. These reinforced nonwoven mats were characterized by a scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and a universal testing machine(UTM).
