The ulcer healing effect of poly(acrylic acid) nanogel containing silver nanoparticle prepared by electron beam irradiation |
초록 |
Silver nanoparticle has been widely used as efficient antibacterial agents for a long time. Also Hydrogels have used for wound dressing due to unique property that donate water molecules to dehydrated tissue while allowing the passage of water vapour and oxygen to the wound surface. In this study, the nanogels of poly(acrylic acid) containing silver nanoparticle prepared by electron beam irradiation and treated to the wound in the dorsum of the db/db mouse. In vivo healing assessments were conducted using the female db/db mice. The dressings were changed every 2 days, and the rates of wound contraction were observed. Microscopic observations and blood test were assessed at 3, 7, 14, 21 day post treated. |
