제목 Cortisol Biosensor Based on GaN Electronic Device
초록 In this presentation, electronic devices for cortisol detection have been discussed using semiconductor and biomolecular probe. The sensing mechanism is based on high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) type or resistance change upon the target sample binding on the sensing surface layers. Especially, here, cortisol monoclonal antibody (c-Mab) and antigen (cortisol) are adopted for the sensing model selectively operable to the cortisol. Other probe molecule instead of c-Mab will be also discussed in this study.
