제목 Direct surface functionalization of reduced graphene oxide for bottom-contact organic transistors
초록 We have investigated stable and efficacious doping of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) by directly functionalizing RGO-surfaces via self-assembled monolayers (SAMs). Depending on electron-withdrawing and –donating properties of functional groups, two kinds of alkylsilanes were employed for p- and n-type doping of RGOs. Various thin film characteristics of SAM functionalized RGOs such as surface energy, sheet resistance, charge transport behavior and work function were studied. Work function-tuned RGO electrodes via SAMs were applied for work function engineering of OFETs. The energetic matching between the RGO electrodes and organic semiconductor significantly enhanced the OFET performance.
